  • Age Requirment

    You must be at least 16 years of age to get tattooed with parental consent. Please review the ‘’requirements for minors‘’ section.

    18+ are to provide a valid, state-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, or military ID)

  • Requirements for minors

    For ages 16-17

    Parental consent is mandatory. At the time of your appointment, please come prepared with the following documents/identification:

    • Minors state issued ID/temps or passport AND birth certificate

    • Parents state issued ID/drivers license, passport or military ID

    Note: If parent/guardian has been remarried (change of last name), marriage license is required.

    School yearbooks and ID’s are not accepted. No exceptions.

  • Pregnant or nursing

    If you are pregnant or breastfeeding; or have reason to believe that you are pregnant, please inform your artist prior to finalizing your appointment. You cannot get tattooed.

  • Deposits. Cancellations. Rescheduling.

    ALL appointments are required to place a card on file. In the event you ‘no-show’ your appointment, your card will be charged and a deposit must be placed in order to schedule another appointment. In the event you cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time, your card may be charged. Drastic design changes the day of the appointment or in less than 24 hours that result in the artist falling behind schedule and not being able to complete the tattoo on your scheduled day, may also result in your card being charged to make u for the artists lost time. Ex: You wanted a small line tattoo and then decided you actually want something more detailed or complex (anything that will take more than the allotted time). This is left to your artists discretion.

  • COVID-19

    If you or someone you have been around have tested positive for the Corona virus, please inform your artist. If you have reason to believe you have COVID-19 or any other illness that may put others at risk, please inform your artist prior to your appointment date.

  • Under the influence

    Please refrain from drinking alcohol, using blood thinners and other substances for 24 hours before your appointment date.

    If you are suspected to be under the influence of any kind of drugs (including marijuana) or alcohol at the time of your appointment, your artist has the right to refuse service at any given time.
